Greetings and Salutations!

Welcome to Media TL;DR the series where I break down my greatest projects so you can easily dive in and understand my original ideas. I'm your host Jaydon Smith! And Today's topic is about the miscellaneous information necessary for this project.

The Schedule

01/28/2023: We will begin filming at Calvary Chapel, and hopefully get everything film-wise done by then.

01/29/2024 -  03/15/2024: We work on production blogs & editing if we already recorded everything.

Backup Film dates: 02/04/2024, 02/18/2024, 02/25/2024

The Location

We are planning to film at my Church, Calvary Chapel, since we (may) have access to the drama rooms there, such as the Black Box, since I am associates with the Sunday School Leader there. Because the Black Box is a separated room for drama there, we can use the greenscreens and the audio booth if need be.

Health & Safety

I have established relations amongst the Church Walls, and we will be provided protection by a police force stationed around the Church. We will also have an adult with us within 60 feet at all time. We will be securely fine.

We can film at an actual tech store if necessary, but because I will not be on set it would be more of a concern for my partner Juan.

Now that Jaydon and I have done all of the necessary planning for the film, it is now time to become familiarized with the set! I would like to first off thank Jaydon for putting in the effort to get permission for us to film at CCFL.  I would also like to thank Mr. Nick over at CCFL for giving us permission to film here in the first place! This project truly would not have been possible without him securing the space for us. Initial Set Scoping Now, we were originally told that we were going to utilize an auditorium primarily used for children's services and the church's private school. It had a beefy audio system, three beefy projectors, some PTZ cameras, and more. It was even large too. This was the first place we looked at, and we looked around to get familiarized with the space.
